一起来做美丽的“桂花龙眼果冻月饼”。方式简单直接，快速免烤食谱。清凉解暑，口味结合了桂花，枸杞和龙眼。这次也用了天然甜菜根粉来调红色搭配玫瑰果冻月饼模具，用了白凉粉来制作果冻，脱模出来晶莹剔透，透视果冻显露出里面的龙眼，还有桂花和枸杞飘在其中，红橙黄金渐变色，吸睛喜庆。果冻口感Q弹晃动，有嚼劲，搭配淡淡桂花枸杞香和脆口多汁龙眼。淡香清新，甜度刚好。小孩大人都爱，解暑降火。

收藏方式：入模后，冰窟冷冻1小时准/普通冰箱冷却2小时以上，做好脱模立刻吃最佳。收密封容器普通冰箱保存3-5天，取决于水果本身可存放多久。

Let's make beautiful "Osmanthus Longan Jelly Mooncakes." Quick, no-bake recipe is simple and straightforward. Refreshing and cooling treat, combining osmanthus, goji berry, and longan flavors. Used natural beetroot powder to create red color, matching rose jelly mooncake mold, and crystal jelly powder to make the jelly. The jelly emerges translucent, revealing longan within, with osmanthus and wolfberry floating. Red, orange, and golden gradient creates a festive and eye-catching look. Jelly is jiggly, and chewy, with a subtle osmanthus and wolfberry aroma and crunchy juicy longan. Light fragrant osmanthus flower, with just the right sweetness. Children and adults love it, heat relieving.
Storage Method: After fill in mould, freeze in freezer for 1 hour sharp/ Chill in normal fridge for 2 hours/more. Best eaten immediately after unmoulding. Store in airtight container chill in normal fridge for 3-5 days, depending on how long the fruit itself can be stored.

650ml Water水
350ml Longan Water 龙眼水
100g Crystal Jelly Powder 白凉粉
44g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
2pcs Pandan Leaves 班兰叶
3g Osmanthus Flower 桂花
7g Goji Berry/Wolfberry 枸杞
Longan龙眼

=Red Jelly红果冻(4pcs, 4颗)=
140g Osmanthus Jelly Water 桂花果冻水
1.5g Beetroot Powder 甜菜根粉

(冰窟冷冻1小时准(或)普通冰箱冷却2小时以上/隔夜)
(Freeze in freezer for 1 hour sharp/ Chill in normal fridge for 2 hours/more/overnight)
